We are excited to announce that Amstar DMC has been ranked as the #47 best company to work for in Mexico.
The ranking, which was published in Expansion magazine, Mexico’s leading business publication, evaluates an array of criteria including collaborative environment, employee engagement, support from managers, quality of leadership, recognition, and compensation, among others.
The results come following months of analysis by Top Companies, an independent firm specialized in organizational and corporate culture development, in which over 800 companies across Mexico have been surveyed.
This is the first time that Amstar has participated in the “Super Empresas” (Super Companies) Program, and the results – 47th place out of 800 companies analyzed – are a testament to our commitment to building the Amstar Culture as the backbone of our future business.
Each one of the destinations has made this recognition a reality. We have come a long way. And we have nothing but a bright and exciting future ahead.
