Ironman Cozumel is one of the most awesome sporting events. It takes place in an island that provides beautiful scenery and a cheering Latin warmth that draws people from all over the world! If Cozumel is the best place for practicing sports such as diving or sailing, imagine how perfect it is for biking, running, and swimming!
Cozumel hosts the famous Ironman triathlon not once, but twice a year! Both the Ironman 70.3 and the regular Ironman take place in this island. They gather hundreds of athletes from all the countries imaginable who come to Cozumel to participate in them.
These events call for a huge celebration! And Cozumel, of course, offers the best atmosphere for the Ironman competitors. All the locals get involved in this fantastic experience, cheering the participants on from early in the morning till late in the afternoon, when the activities are over. That is why these athletes like us so much! 😉
The Ironman 70.3 Cozumel will take place in September 2013 and entries are still open! The next Ironman Cozumel will take place in December 2013, but its entries are already closed. However, entries for the Ironman Cozumel 2014 will open on December 2nd, so start training and mark the calendar!
