Deep Sea Fishing
The waters that surround this Caribbean island are home to several types of fishing because of the vast differences in the underwater landscapes of the region. Jamaica’s waters are well-known for deep-sea and sport fishing. Deep-sea fishing is extremely popular among Jamaica’s visitors, and the island’s annual fishing tournaments are renowned. Jamaica hosts two international tournaments, the Jamaica International Fishing Tournament and the Jamaica International Blue Marlin Team Tournament. Both of them take place in the early fall, September and October. A morning or afternoon spent fishing is a great way to spend some time in the sun, so come aboard the 32 feet Luhrs for half day or a full day sporting event.
