Pescado embarazado / Fish on a stick

This dish is colloquially called pescado embarazado (pregnant fish) after a clever word play: pescado en vara asado (fish roasted on a stick). It’s made by slicing pieces of fish and covering them with lemon and then charcoal-grilling them. Finally you add some Huichol sauce and indulge in this lip-smacking treat!
